I began a new practice model for experienced
clinical RNs as independent RN Patient Advocates
(iRNPAs) in 2002. Our educational branch has
been partnered with the U of AZ College of
Nursing since 2009. This was begun as a creative
and professional response to the dysfunctional
medical industry. We provide RN Patient Advocacy
Learning Intensives annually. You can learn more
at www.rnpatientadvocates.com.
iRNPAs are now in 23+ states and their work is
having tremendous success in improving outcomes
and health literacy.
I believe in teamwork and am always eager to
speak with others who share my passion for
patient-centered advocacy. |
